cancellation policy & tardiness

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours before or you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost.

If you no show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost.

I cannot accommodate tardiness that's greater than my provided grace period. My schedule is tight and if I accommodate one late person, it messes up the entire day. Please be respectful of my time.

Grace Periods:

Brow wax (or brow & lip) - 5 mins

All other esthetics services - 10 mins

Any microblading service - 15 mins

I will charge 100% of your service cost if you show up outside of the grace period.
