hello & welcome, I'm Lex.

My initial obsession with brows began in 2017 when I got my own brows microbladed for the first time. Microblading wasn't as popular then as it is now, my brows were so thin & asymmetrical from all the over-plucking and bad waxes I had gotten over the years, I needed serious brow rehab. After my first session, I realized how life changing it was and saw first hand how much it immediately boosted my self esteem. I dreamed of how amazing it would be to learn the skill someday. I had just earned my bachelor's degree in Communications from Monmouth University and worked in marketing & retail management. I felt so unfulfilled with my current job, when I was ready to make a career change everyone encouraged me to try esthetics school, something I always naturally had a knack for and was truly passionate about. With brows still on my mind, I went to the Institute of Skin Science in Stratham, NH, to learn all things skin & esthetics. I graduated in 2019 and immediately started a job doing brows and esthetics at a larger salon. After a year of waxing, tinting, and laminating brows, I was itching to finally achieve my goal to learn microblading. I flew out to Arizona and took the intensive beginner microblading training at AZ Brow Academy. When I returned, I apprenticed for a year & continued working for another year before opening my own business in August of 2022. I am all about continued education and I am always learning to better my craft with a monthly education program. I take pride in using the best blades, pigments, and after care products in the industry. I invest in my products and education because I want the best results for my clients - there are no short cuts over here. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients leave with beaming smiles in disbelief of the results we are able to create together.
